Rome, 26 January 2022 – It is announced that, as partial amendment to the Financial Calendar released on 7 January 2022, the Board of Directors’ Meeting for the approval of the Half Year Financial Report at 30 June 2022 will be held on 27 July 2022 (instead of 28 July 2022).

Following the Board of Directors’ meeting, a conference call with financial analysts and institutional investors will take place.
