• 11 February 2025    Fourth quarter and full year 2024 preliminary consolidated results, approval of 2025 Budget and 2025-2027 Industrial Plan update 
• 11 March 2025    Approval of the 2024 Draft Financial Statements
• 28 April 2025    Shareholders’ meeting for the approval of the 2024 Financial Statements
• 8 May 2025    Approval of the Interim Financial Report as of 31 March 2025
• 29 July 2025    Approval of the Half Year Financial Report as of 30 June 2025
• 6 November 2025    Approval of the Interim Financial Report as of 30 September 2025

On the occasion of the Industrial Plan update and publication of the fourth quarter and preliminary consolidated results for the year 2024, as well as of the approval of the 2025 half-year and interim results, Cementir Holding will organize ad-hoc conference calls with financial analysts and institutional investors.
